Prices are on the high side, but the location itself is worth paying a bit more for.

2. Cat’s Eye Pub

Located in Baltimore since 1975, Cat’s Eye Pub is open seven days a week, all year. The bar has live music every night, and it has earned the name “Best Place for Live Music in Baltimore.” 

The expert bartenders can serve you any of the 32 draughts they have, or they can create the exact drink you want.

If your go-to drink is beer, the Jailbreak Brewing Company might be the perfect place for you. Its taproom offers a huge selection of:

5. The Horse You Came In On Saloon

The Horse You Came In On Saloon is the oldest continually operated saloon in North America. It dates back to the 1700s, and it is the only establishment in Maryland that had a license to serve alcohol before, during, and after Prohibition. 

The bar, known simply as “The Horse,” offers live music many nights of the week. It has a good selection of beers and fun cocktails, like Proper Honey, which features whiskey, honey, and orange juice, as well as the Caffeinated Cowboy, made with vanilla vodka, cold brew, vanilla draft latte, and simple syrup. 

If you prefer classics, you can choose from excellent mules, martinis, and old-fashioned options. The bar serves bar snacks, but it also offers an excellent menu featuring:
